Asiago Awards 2026 \u2013 “Wine Tourism 2025” Stamp Issue<\/span><\/h4>\n

The Asiago Awards are regarded as one of the most prestigious international distinctions in the field of philatelic art and have been presented for more than 50 years. The judging panel consists of internationally renowned experts in art and design, who each year recognize and honour the world’s most outstanding postage stamps.<\/p>\n

In this year’s competition, the “Wine Tourism 2025” stamp issue, designed by Dr. Myrsini Vardopoulou, received the Premio Internazionale d’Arte Filatelica di Asiago \u2013 Sezione Turismo (International Asiago Award for Philatelic Art \u2013 Tourism Section).<\/p>\n

It is worth recalling that Greece also received the First ASIAGO International Award for Philatelic Art in 2011 for the EUROPA 2010 stamp issue on the theme “Children’s Books”, which was likewise designed by Dr. Myrsini Vardopoulou.<\/p>\n

This represents yet another outstanding international distinction for Greek postage stamps and for Dr. Myrsini Vardopoulou.<\/p>\n
